{ The Pacman cake }

Here I am with a new and delicious recipe, perfect for the women's day: this time I want to present the Pacman cake. Why do I call it that way? Well, when I baked the cake and I cut a piece to eat (it's really soft!) I realized it looked like the face of Pacman, do you agree? :)
The recipe is very simple and the key ingredients are: yogurt and cinnamon with some aromatic additions.

Eccomi qui con una nuova e golosa ricetta, perfetta per la festa della donna: questa volta vi presento la torta Pacman. Perchè l'ho chiamata così? Beh, quando l'ho sfornata e ho tagliato una fetta per mangiarla (è morbidissima e molto soffice!) mi sono accorta che sembrava proprio la faccia di Pacman, non trovate? :)
La ricetta è semplicissima e gli ingredienti chiave sono: yogurt e cannella con qualche aggiunta aromatica.



• 400 gr carrots
• 250 gr wholemeal flour 
• 50 gr potato flour
• 180 gr sugar cane
• 100 gr margarine
• 100 ml low-fat milk
• 1 egg
• 1 sachet of baking powder
• half zest of an orange
• half juice of an orange

 Ingredients:

• 300 gr wholemeal flour
• 150 gr sugar cane
• 2 eggs
• 2 pots of white yogurt
• 1 pot of seed oil
• 1 sachet of baking powder
• 2 spoons of cocoa
• 1 juice of an orange
• cinnamon powder (as you like it)

In a bowl add the sugar cane and the eggs, and mix them. After that, add the white yogurt, the seed oil and the orange juice and mix again very well.
Then add the wholemeal flour with the baking powder little by little, and to finish the cocoa and the cinnamon powder.
Bake at 170° in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Once removed from the oven, garnish the cake as you like (this time I didn't put the powdered sugar, but if you want you can use it!). Enjoy!


Ingredienti:

• 300 gr di farina integrale
• 150 gr di zucchero di canna
• 2 uova
• 2 vasetti di yogurt bianco
• 1 vasetto di olio di semi
• 1 bustina di lievito vanigliato paneangeli
• 2 cucchiai di cacao amaro
• 1 spremuta di un'arancia
• cannella in polvere a volontà

In una terrina mescolate lo zucchero di canna alle uova, poi aggiungete lo yogurt bianco, l'olio di semi e la spremuta di arancia e amalgamate tutto.
Poi unite un po' alla volta la farina integrale mescolata al lievito, il cacao amaro e la cannella in polvere.
Mescolate bene fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo e versatelo in uno stampo imburrato ed infarinato.
Infornate a 170° per 30 minuti.
Una volta tolta dal forno guarnite la torta come preferite (questa volta non ho messo lo zucchero a velo, ma se volete potete usarlo!).

Then add the wholemeal flour, the potato flour, the baking powder, the cinnamon powder and finally the grated carrots with the addition of the zest and the juice of one orange.
Bake at 180° in preheated oven for 35 minutes.
